4 Patch Posie Class
Instructor: Diane Johnson

Fiber Arts Room
This class will introduce you to the concept of stacking multiple layers of the same fabric, cutting strips into squares or triangles, and sewing them together to form a totally different look from the original fabric. You could make a runner, placemats, or wall hanging – or go for a whole quilt! This technique is adaptable to all kinds of projects.
You will need at least 4 repeats of the fabric of your choice. (It’s good time to check your stash for something that might work). Repeats in fabric run from 4” to 24”. If you choose a smaller repeat, you might opt for 8 repeats, thus giving you more fabric to work with. (Generally you will need the amount of yardage you usually use for whatever size quilt or other project you want to make). Diane will be happy to help with fabric choices. firstname.lastname@example.org. Bring usual sewing/quilting supplies and your rotary cutter with a NEW blade.
