CALL TO ORDER:  Jean Fry called the meeting to order at 11:20 am.

It’s so nice to see all of you here and see this sea of red! 
Thank you for such a great year.  You ladies are so nice to work with and it’s been fun.

This last month 5 quilts have been sold. 
197 quilts have been donated to date.  558 total items to date have been donated.
Natalie’s house is a home for abused girls.  We need two more quilts for girls.  And she is getting 4 more girls in January.

Linda’s husband has fixed the bobbin winder.

Marlene is finished up today.  Lynne Hupp took care of things while I was gone in the summer, so a big thank you to her! 

Sales: JoEllen Cruz: I’ve spent the year clearing out the closets.  But know we are ready for some holiday related things for the gift shop.

Mike Swanigan, our speaker, sent a note.
We have already filled up for 20 people this next year.  We are starting to take reservations for 2021.  We will put out some guidelines for the quilt. 

Donna is going to continue doing documentation.  It has slowed down some and she will let us know about dates. 

Opportunity Quilt:
Linda Publicover and Roberta Penchina will be quilting the next quilt for 2020.  Thank you to them.  The quilt top was pieced by Sue Godwin.

If a member wishes to join The PebbleCreek Quilters 'chat' group, they need to contact me, Cathy Howell at expressing this wish. I can then go into that system, issue an invitation and send instructions on how to use it. 

Wendy Gilbert:  Perryville Prison sales have been a great success.  We raised $4922.00 That will probably graduate 40+ women.  So thank you so much!

Pickleball tournament is giving the gallery a table for selling valentine things from quilters.  

Next board meeting will be Jan. 6, 2020 from 9-11.
General Meeting is Jan. 13,2020.

(Tickets will be for sale for the opportunity quilt at the show.) 

Thank you to Pam Branfur and Sue Waples and everyone else that helped hang the Christmas Quilts in the hallway. 

Last sewing day for the Eagle Mountain School is in Jan. 15. 9:30-finish.
