The menu for the Holiday Luncheon are as follows. The selections both sound very good.
Vegan and Vegetarian meals are also available. Please let me know.
The cost is the same as last year. $15.00
Beef Bourguignon: Tender tips of beef braised with button mushrooms, pearl onions, garlic, shallots and burgundy wine finished with a rich demi glaze. Rice pilaf and green beans also served. This can also be served gluten free.
Tequila Lime Grilled Chicken Breast: Tender breast of chicken marinated in fresh cilantro, tequila, lime, garlic and olive oil. Grilled and topped with a roasted corn cream sauce. Rice pilaf and green beans also served.
Desert will be available on the desert table. Mousse shooters: Chocolate, Raspberry, Meyer Lemon, Caramel and Espresso.
