PebbleCreek Quilters

Good Morning,
I wanted to take a moment and thank you for your time and talent in helping get the cloth masks made for the Pharmacy Department here at Abrazo West Campus. Having these available to us will allow us to continue to safely serve our patients here during the compounding of sterile preparations.  I greatly appreciate what you’ve done for us!!
THANK YOU!!  Mary

Due to the Corona Virus, the CAC building was completely closed on March 14th until May 17th.  All classes and activities were cancelled.  This initiated the making of masks by the club members to be given to the residents of PebbleCreek, to hospitals and medical facilities.

Hospice Thank You Card

On behalf of Hospice of the Valley I want to thank all your wonderful sewers for the beautiful masks they have made. Please let them know how grateful we are for these special gifts. We are providing these to our patient’s & families in our Inpatient Units throughout Maricopa County. In some cases, there are over 200 visitors a day amongst our units. It allows family members the opportunity to visit their loved ones at end of life & say their goodbyes.

A special shout out to Patsy Wagner for allowing me to pick them up at her home. Thank you so much, Judy

Unfortunately, the world was hit with a destructive virus called Corona Virus and for the safety and health of all, the rooms in the CAC building were closed from March 14th through May 17th.  We were all self-isolated to protect each other but continued to sew and sew and sew.
